After a month of classroom lectures, zoom calls, mountains of homework and four and a half hours observation on poolside by Institute of Swimmers examiners, ESA is pleased to announce that 5 new coaches made the grade this week by attaining Level 1 coaching qualifications.
Annette Templeton, Claire Heaney, Mathew Parkins, Sean O Rourke and Dave Foulis can now join the existing coaches on poolside in an official capacity.
In addition, Siobhan Wills qualified in February as a Level 1 Teacher.
This leaves the club in a far better position going forward and with the other poolside helpers keen to get qualified Everton’s future is assured.
