As part of Swim England strategy to engage with an increased cohort of swimmers, they have developed a 2 phased approach to a delivery plan. The Phase 1 of the National Development Programme is to identify swimming potential for the future of the sport in the UK..
These online development camps will provide an opportunity to support, inspire and connect with a wide-reaching cohort of young swimmers, in their quest to achieve senior international podium success. Swimmers are selected as a national cohort from the national rankings database.
Well done to Isaac and the ESA coaches who have got him to the standard required for selection on to the programme.
It is a tremendous opportunity for Isaac to associate with the top percentile of swimmers in the UK, and get invaluable advice from Swim England’s elite.
